George Flynn holds a Master’s degree in business.  He currently serves as CEO of Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas.  Prior to his term as CEO, he served as Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Sisters of Mercy Health System in St. Louis, MO.  He has also served at St. John’s Health System in Springfield, MO, where during his 13 year career, he held various leadership roles including Chief Operating Office of St. John’s Physicians and Clinic – a 400+ physician multi-specialty clinic.  Flynn has also held positions with Charter Behavioral Health.
