Sherry Yellin

Dr. Sherry Yellin received her B.A. and M.A. in Commerce from Texan A&M University.  She completed her Ph.D. at Texas Woman’s University.

Dr. Yellin has over 17 years experience designing, developing, and delivering training to both educators and private and public organizations.  She is the owner and CEO of The Learning Connection, Inc., established in 2001, and currently consults and delivers training in the areas of communication, instructional design, performance improvement, and leadership.  Dr. Yellin has a command of brain-based learning, and the application of findings in neuroscience provides the centerpiece for all of her work.

Her cutting-edge approach to brain-based learning draws on established neuroscience, emotional intelligence and educational principles.  By understanding how the brain works, you can target an infinite number of issues.  Dr. Yellin’s brain-based approach will
increase productivity and boost morale by improving self-management of employees, foster cooperation and teamwork by improving how individuals interact, clarify mission and enhance corporate climate by developing leadership, and sharpen comprehension and aid retention during training and in the classroom.
