3/4 Jerry Walton

September 30, 2009 Jerry Walton retired from Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO of J.B. Hunt. Providing services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico, J.B. Hunt is one of the largest transportation companies in North America with revenues of more than $3.7 billion in 2008.

Prior to J.B. Hunt, Walton was associated with KPMG LLP, an international firm of certified public accountants from 1968 thru 1991. Within this firm Walton served as a tax partner and managed offices from Austin and Dallas, Texas to Little Rock. From 1965 until 1968, Jerry was employed by the IRS.

Walton is active in his Church and community and is on the Board of Directors of Arkansas Motor Carriers Association , Waddell & Reed Financial and many more.

Walton and his wife Brenda have two sons, Jason and Matt and three grandchildren.
