			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Doug Sprouse</h2>
<p>Doug Sprouse was born in Ft. Smith and moved to Springdale with his family at age eight.  He attended Springdale schools and graduated from SHS in 1975.  He then attended the University of Arkansas.  In 1977, he married Sandy Hunt.  They have three children: Phillip, a senior sales development manager at Tyson Foods; Andy, a Springdale fireman, and Bonnie; who works for the Springdale School District.  Phillip’s wife Kellie is a P E Instructor with the Springdale School District; Andy&#8217;s wife, Brandi, is an RN at WRMC; and Bonnie&#8217;s husband, Nick Fisher, is a homebuilder.  Doug and Sandy have been blessed with three grandchildren, with the fourth due in April.  Doug is an active member of CrossChurch Springdale, where he has been involved in the teaching and music ministries.</p>
<p>Doug and his father Gene started Sprouse Upholstery, Inc. in 1983.  The business is now in its 28th year and operated by his wife Sandy.  In 1999, he began serving on the Springdale School Board.  He served as president of the board from 2005 to 2007.  In November of 2008, he was elected mayor of Springdale.  He also serves as vice-chairman of the Regional Mobility Authority and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Arkansas Municipal League.</p>
<h2>Bob McCaslin</h2>
<p>A native born Arkansan, Bob has been married to his wife, Lana for 43 years. The McCaslin’s have two married daughters and four grandchildren.</p>
<p>Upon graduation from Arkansas Tech University, Bob taught Math and Chemistry in public school for four years prior to joining Kraft Foods.</p>
<p>Assignments with Kraft Foods took the McCaslin family to Fort Smith, Kansas City, Houston, Memphis, Springfield, Dallas and Atlanta prior to their move to Bentonville in 1996.</p>
<p>Retired since February 2002, Bob has extensive experience in Sales, Sales Management, Operations Management, Customer Service Management and Financial Management as a result of his career with Kraft Foods which began in 1972.<br />
Bob served two terms as an Alderman prior to being elected Mayor of Bentonville in 2006.  He is active on many community committees and endeavors.</p>
<p>Bob and Lana are active members of CrossChurch at Pinnacle Hills.</p>
<p>Additionally, Bob is a Gideon, a Rotarian, member of the adult chapter of the F.C.A., a member of the Bentonville – Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce and a former member of the Board of Directors for Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas.</p>
<h2>Greg Hines</h2>
<p>Prior to being elected Mayor, Greg spent his time in public service, first by being elected to the Rogers City Council at age 22, he is the youngest person ever elected to the Council and served 12 years on the City Council.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">He served 10 years in law enforcement (first as a Bentonville police officer, then as a criminal investigator for the Benton County Sheriff&#8217;s Office). He has most recently served as Benton County&#8217;s public safety director. As such, he oversees four departments, more than 100 employees and a $10 million budget and doing it well. This preparation stems from focus and his belief of Service before self. He has been married for almost 15 years to Lisa Brunner Hines, and they have two adorable daughters Emily 10 and Haley 7.</p>

<h2>Kelly Johnson</h2>
<p>Kelly L. Johnson, A.A.E., is Airport Director for the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority. From May 1977 to November 1996, she worked in various capacities for the City of Fayetteville, the last 10 years as Assistant Airport Manager at Fayetteville Municipal Airport. She received her Accredited Airport Executive status from the American Association of Airport Executives in 1991. Kelly is a private pilot, is the Past President of the Southeast Chapter of American Association of Airport Executives, is a Past Chairperson of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce, is the Past President of the Arkansas Airport Operators Association, serves as the Chair on the National Board of Directors of American Association of Airport Executives and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Airport Executives. Kelly has been married for 37 years to Rick Johnson, and they have two children.</p>
<h2>Dick Trammel</h2>
<p>Dick Trammel is a native of Pocahontas, Arkansas and a 1960 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. During his years at the U of A, he was selected to Who’s Who of American Colleges and Universities, was a Razorback Cheerleader and a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.</p>
<p>In 1975, Trammel moved to Rogers, Arkansas to become a vice president of First National Bank &#038; Trust Company, which later became Arvest Bank, Rogers. He currently serves as executive vice president &#038; a member of the Board of Directors of Arvest Bank Benton County.</p>
<p>Dick has received many awards for his outstanding service and achievements. He has served as a founding director, board member and chairman, treasurer, vice chair, volunteer, fundraiser and much more in many organizations in and around Northwest Arkansas.  </p>
<p>In January 2009, Governor Mike Beebe appointed Dick to the Arkansas Highway Commission, to serve until January 2019. Dick was voted by the readers of the Northwest Arkansas Media Poll as the Northwest Arkansas Best Ambassador in 2010 and 2011. </p>
<p>Dick is married to Nancy Trammel and together have four children, ten grandchildren, two great grandsons and a great granddaughter. Dick and Nancy attend the First Baptist Church of Rogers.</p>

<p>Dr. Nick Floyd serves as the Campus Pastor for Cross Church Fayetteville. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr. Ronnie W. Floyd, Nick assists in preaching at all Cross Church campuses.</p>
<p>Nick received his Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He recently obtained his Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.</p>
<p>Nick and his wife Meredith have a daughter Reese, 3, and a 1 year old son, Beckham.</p>
<p>Nick will be speaking on <em>Leading Millennials</em>, those born between 1980-2000.  Join us this day to find out what it means to lead the millennial generation.</p>

<p>Jeff Hankins is president and publisher of Arkansas Business Publishing Group in Little Rock. The company produces 16 national award-winning niche publications across Arkansas, including <em>Arkansas Business, Little Rock Soiree, Little Rock Family</em> and <em>ArkansasSports360.com</em>. ABPG also develops Web sites through its FLEX360 division.</p>
<p>A native of Pine Bluff, Jeff is a 1987 graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and a 1986 graduate of the Institute on Political Journalism at Georgetown University.</p>
<p>He became editor of <em>Arkansas Business</em> in Little Rock in 1993, was promoted to publisher in 1996 and became president of the company in 1999. He was the founding publisher of the <em>Northwest Arkansas Business Journal</em> in 1997. His 31-year journalism career also includes work at the <em>Arkansas Democrat</em>, the <em>Pine Bluff Commercial</em>, the <em>Pocahontas Star Herald</em>, the <em>Northeast Arkansas Tribune</em> and <em>Jonesboro Occasions</em> magazine.</p>
<p>Jeff reports business news and provides political analysis on Today’s THV Channel 11, and he appears as a panelist on AETN’s “Arkansas Week.”</p>
<p>He is past president of the international Alliance of Area Business Publications and Pleasant Valley Country Club. He is a past member of the board of directors of the Parenting Publications of America and the Baptist Health Foundation Board of Trustees. He is a member of the University of Arkansas’ Arkansas Executive Forum, the UALR College of Business Administration Advisory Council and the ASU Department of Journalism Advisory Committee. In 2004, he served on the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Committee on Higher Education.</p>
<p>He serves as a deacon and worship leader at Chenal Valley Church and coaches youth sports teams.</p>
<p>He is married to the former Carrie Cook of Beebe, and they have two children, Luke and Sarah Kathryn.</p>

<p>Randy is a successful leader in the direct sales industry. He is a Premier Designs is a high fashion jewelry company in Irving, Texas. Randy has been involved with Premier Designs for 24 years and has built a large business with the company. He works with Jewelers in 37 states, and enjoy motivating and training them to succeed by meeting their financial needs and owning their own business.</p>
<p>He serves on the Board of Directors of Premier Designs, Inc. and the Horner-Premier Foundation.</p>
<p>Randy speaks at churches and organizations regularly in the DFW area, and is active in his home church, Fellowship Church, in Grapevine, Texas.</p>
